The 2025 Fair is held on Sunday March 9th 2025 from 10am-3pm at the Swannanoa Domain on Tram Road, in Swannanoa, directly opposite Swannanoa School. Click here for the location on Google Maps.

You can register a stall here on this website by heading to our stallholder page and by following the prompts. Please make sure to read the Terms & Conditions, Stall Exceptions and FAQs before making your stall site purchase.

We get asked a lot about whether dogs are permitted to the Fair, and due to the fact there is a lot of foot traffic, especially children, we ask that people please leave their dogs* at home. Anyone with a dog* will be denied entry to the Fair. We apologise at this strict stance, but we have to priortise the health and safety of our Fair attendees.

Yes we have both! Eftpos is available at the entrance for the entry fee donation, and at our white elephant and food tents.
Individual stallholders and food trucks may offer eftpos, but please bear in mind some will be cash only depending on their facilities.
We have a cash out facility in our tent next to the food stall, but any cash out requires a $2 surcharge to cover eftpos facility fees.

Our entry fee is a $5 donation for adults, with kids under 15 FREE!

Yes we do have a dedicated area close to the main entrance for disabled parking. Our crew will be ion hand to assist where needed for anyone requiring help in this area.

Unlike previous years, parking on Tram Road is going to be blocked off due to safety risks with traffic flow. We will have plenty of dedicated car parks available on the day for attendees so please follow the directions from the Men at Work traffic team.

The baby change and feeding area is manned by Swannanoa Preschool and is located between the Cricket Pavilion and the Cricket Nets. This will also be our lost children area.
First Aid is supplied by St John and is located back toward the entrance at the south end of the domain.

Yes our fair will still go ahead, but fingers crossed the rain stays away!
