How to get to the Fair

Depending on where you’re travelling from, there are a few ways that you can get to the Fair.

    1. Make your way on to State Highway 1, heading north.

    2. Once you're on SH1, look out for the off ramp to Tram Road which is just after the Waimakariri Bridge crossing.

    3. Take the off ramp to Tram Road and follow Tram Road for around 10 minutes until you come to the school and domain where you’ll be directed to a parking area.

    4. Traffic Management will be on patrol so you'll be hard-pressed to miss the Fair grounds.

    1. In Rangiora, make your way on to Johns Road (off Percival Street, next to the Lilybrook Shopping Complex).

    2. Follow Johns Road for around 5.9km, through the Fernside area until you get to the intersection with Swannanoa Road.

    3. Turn left on to Swannanoa Road

    4. Travel along Swannanoa Road for around 6km (it will merge in to Two Chain Road during this distance) until to come to Tram Road.

    5. Turn left on to Tram Road and follow it down for around 400m until you come to the school and domain where you’ll be directed to a parking area.

    1. From the township, head east on Oxford Road (Inland Scenic Route 72) for around 8km.

    2. Turn right onto Tram Road (signs for Kaiapoi/SH 1/Christchurch) and follow Tram Road for around 18km until you come to the school and domain where you’ll be directed to a parking area.
