We’re always on the hunt for local and community sponsors for our annual Fair.
Do you own a business that would like to be a sponsor, or do you know a local business or group that would like to be a sponsor?
Depending on the level of sponsorship taken, we give businesses or individuals exposure to the wider community via site signage, publicity to our 4,400 followers on our Facebook page and school families via newsletter.
We’re also always on the look out for donation of items, services or vouchers to either include in our Live & Silent Auctions, or add to our popular Mitre10 Mystery Buckets.
We offer 3 different ways of sponsorship for those individuals or businesses interested in supporting our Fair
Community Sponsor
$500
A community sponsorship is an easy way for business to contribute a fixed donation which helps go towards the operating costs of running the Fair.
We give promotion to our Community Sponsors through our school newsletter and Fair facebook page, with the full offering outlined below.
Logo included in monthly Fair newsletters
Logo and website/Facebook link on Fair website for 12 months
Logo and small paragraph on your business in a post to our Facebook page prior to the Fair.
Signage and branding of a picnic table in the chill out zone (all signage to be provided by you)

Auction Items
Always a big draw card, each year we are able to raise money with some fantastic items up for auction. At each Fair we run both live and silent auctions.
If your business has something special, a great offer, or something that everyone will want, we would love to include it in our Auction.
We’re always on the hunt for items perfect for an auction environment.
Items in the past have included trailer loads of firewood, sports memorabilia, outdoor furniture, holiday house rentals and other high ticket items.
We give a shout-out to our auction donators via Facebook when we list the line up of auction items available for fair attendees to bid on.

Mitre 10 Mystery
Bucket items
For smaller ticket items, we’re always in need of donations of goods or vouchers to go in to our Mitre 10 Mystery Buckets.
These have been incredibly popular over the last five years, selling out within an hour of the Fair opening.
Buckets contain all kinds of promotional items, samples, discount vouchers etc. from various companies.
We'd love to hear from you if you'd like to donate goods, products, vouchers or samples to these buckets.
